Dear Patients, Family and Friends,
In an effort to comply with CDC guidelines regarding social distancing, the patient education seminar scheduled for Thursday March 19, 2020 is cancelled and will not be rescheduled. Instead I will have a handout at the office regarding the Standard Process 21 day cleanse and will be glad to answer any questions you may have after reading the information given. Additionally, I have postponed the start of “the cleanse” which was scheduled for April 15, 2020 until further notice. I am assuming sometime in May 2020.
The CDC has recommended discontinuing public gathering of 50 or more for a minimum of 8 weeks. This time line will also interrupt our Open House scheduled for April 23, 2020 and therefore that event will also be cancelled. However, we will reschedule that event and will inform you what the new date will be.
Additional efforts to keep you healthy should include
· Wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds (sing the alphabet song)
· Stay away from large crowds as much as possible
· Drink plenty of water (1/2 your body weight in ounces)
· DO NOT eat sugar. None! Sugar will cause inflammation, suppress your immune
system, and feed the bugs …… Not good
· Take your supplements
The best defense is a good offense. Be smart and proactive
