Strawberry Raspberry Treats

Strawberry Raspberry Treats

Dreaming of making that most perfect and decadent dessert??? We all want that! But let’s be honest, we really don’t want to load our bodies up with sugar or take the exorbitant amount of time that those recipes require. Seriously, no one has the time for that. WE. HEAR. YOU. That’s why we’re super excited to share this gem of a recipe with you that we found on Paleomg.com. She is brilliant and really deserves some kudos for this one.

This recipe is easy and so much fun. You can make it in a traditional bark/fudge form OR you can opt to place it in silicone molds to create fun shapes depending on your event/holiday. Since we’re serving ours during our February Seminar, we decided to use Valentine’s molds. Get creative and be sure to let us know how yours turns out!

Strawberry Raspberry Treats

· 1/2 Cup Fresh Strawberries, roughly chopped.

· 1/2 Cup Fresh Raspberries

· 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup

· 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

· 1/4 Coconut Cream

· 1/4 Cup Cashews, soaked for 1 hour

· 2 Tbsp Coconut oil

· Unsweetened Shredded Coconut and Mini Dark Chocolate Chips, to garnish (optional)

1. Add strawberries and raspberries to a blender and puree until smooth.

2. Then add maple syrup, vanilla, coconut cream, soaked cashews, and coconut oil and

blend at the highest power for 10-15 seconds until smooth and creamy.

3. Now you can do one of two things (or both!): Either pour the mixture into silicone

cups OR pour the mixture onto parchment paper, smooth out and garnish if desired.

4. Place in the freezer for 2+ hours. Serve immediately. Store any leftovers in the freezer

(trust us, there probably won’t be leftovers!)

5. ENJOY!
